This 53~year-old hunte'r,esented  n May 1994 to Mehr Hospital with typica clinical manifestations of Creunfeldi-Jacob disease and died 4 months later. Brain biopsy revealed severe neuronal loss, spongiosis and gliosis oj cerebral cortex.
