Derhami 2015 09 28 Multicentric reticulohistiocytosis (MRH) is a rare proliferative histiocytic disease of ‎unknown cause with potentially disabling nature. Primary manifestations are involvement ‎of skin and joints. The articular destruction can lead to permanent joint deformities. Our ‎patient was a 47 year-old woman with bilateral symmetrical polyarthritis and reddish- ‎brown papulonodular cutaneous lesions. The diagnosis of multicentric reticulohistiocytosis ‎was confirmed by histological examination.
