We report a case of locally advanced ACC of Bartholin’s gland. A 62-year-old presented with left Bartholin’s gland carcinoma and underwent left radical vulvectomy,left-sided inguinal-femoral lymph node dissection, posterior pelvic exenteration, and pedicle abdominal muscle flap.
