ANDRadiation Biology Research Center, School of Para-Medicine, Iran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran. 2021 05 04 2023 01 27 Chordoma is a bone tumor that is resistant to radiotherapy, and few studies have been published on the concomitant use of radiotherapy in combination with hyperthermia in its treatment. We reported a chordoma patient treated with both radiotherapy and hyperthermia. The patient was a 74-year-old man with chordoma who underwent radiotherapy combined with hyperthermia due to his unwillingness to undergo surgery and responded very well clinically and imaging-wise without increasing in complications.
