It is assumed that the effects of radiation is due the hydroperoxyl radical and we know it is the same for ozone and ultraviolet rays. Sarkissian 2015 09 28 102 cases of carcinoma of the o-sophagus were studied classified and the following conclusions were drawn: (a) Carcinoma of (esophagus is three times more frequent in Iranian females. (b) Carcinoma of post cricoid and upper third of the e-sophagus amount to 17'/. of the cases and are equally distr-ibuted in male and female patients.
