Abstract
Haemoglobin MBosron is described in_a ] 9 year old Iranian male,= his fat her and three out of his five brothers and sisters which were cyanotic from the birth. The presen ce of haemoglobin Mwas established after strach-gel electrophoresis of the ferri cyanide t reated haemolysate at pH 7 .] and by spectroscopic examination of the' purifi ed abnormal haemoglobin at pH 6.5.
