Abstract
A rapid 'method for carrying out the complement fixation test for the diagnosis of syphilis involving stirring is descr-ibed.
Flat bottomed tubes each containing a glass bead are. employed and st i'r"ring IS done at a 1.3tcf 150-1o80 'revolutioons per mml.l.te. The test is performed in three times per iodes of 10 minutes at 35 c.
